6 · Transfers outside the EEA
We aim to process your data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a processor processes data in a country outside the EEA, we ensure an appropriate level of protection, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by concluding the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
7 · Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unlawful processing. Think of encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), access restrictions and agreements with our suppliers. Should something nevertheless go wrong, we act in accordance with the legal obligations regarding data breaches.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you may request which personal data we process about you.
- Right to rectification — you may have incorrect or incomplete data corrected or supplemented.
- Right to erasure — you may ask us to erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), insofar as we are not legally required to keep it.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability — you may receive the data you provided in a common format or have it transferred.
- Right to restriction — you may ask us to temporarily restrict processing.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Would you like to exercise one of these rights? Send a request to info@bogaerstalen.nl. We may ask you to identify yourself so that we are sure the request comes from you. We will respond as soon as possible, and at the latest within one month.
